	Patient History: This patient has a history of increasing astigmatism. Current eyeglass prescription is -6.00 -3.50 x 058 with a visual correction of 20/40. The cornea map shows the "Kissing Birds" outline. The cornea pachymetry shows the extended thin zone towards the bottom differentiating this condition from Keratoconus. A soft back toric contact lens was fit with specifications of 8.7 14.4 -5.00 -4.25 x 060 and visual acuity was increased to 20/20.
