This patient shows a cornea that symmetrical vertical, horizontal and oblique incisions to the cornea. You can see on the map where depressions were left from the incisions. At the 3:00 position, there is an opacity along the incision mark. This patient was preoperatively a -12.00 sphere and is now a -2.50 -1.50 x 150. An aspherical gas permeable lens was fit on this eye to give a best visual acuity of  20/30.
